Virinci | creators of living space has newly been founded in 2026 by Prewien Pandohi-Mishre MSc CEng. Our aim is to develop sustainable floating living concepts.

The challenges of the 21st century include scarcity of land, rising sea levels, shortage of materials and decreasing bio-diversity. The energy transition is one of the big developments to counter the effects of climate change.

Floating sustainable housing concept

We have developed a floating sustainable housing concept, self reliant and modular. It uses an assembly of technologies to counter the challenges of modern time. The technologies we used are innovative and scalable.

The concept builds on our 25 years of experience in the civil engineering field and 15 years of experience in developing and operating the hospitality concept ‘Amaresa Resorts’ in Thailand.

First Floating Villa at Harderwold Villaresort

We have already secured a collaboration with Villa Harderwold Resort where the first floating villa’s will be realized in 2027, for the recreational market.
